It is produced in Gedeb in Gedeo zone in the Southern Region. This area is located between 1,700 and 2,220 MASL with their coffee growing in rich, nutrient dense volcanic soil. There are six different villages surrounding this site that contribute their coffees here.
This coffee comes to us through a man named Ashanafi Argaw, Ashanafi has silently been behind some of the worlds most famous Ethiopian coffees. He has now branched out on his own using his experience and expertise sourcing and processing coffees in Ethiopia.
