50% Ethiopia, Guji Adola - Washed

 

Top Shelf is one of our seasonal blends and is designed to be floral and sweet. 

This current edition is made up of two coffees from the Guji region of Ethiopia, a natural and a washed processed. These two coffees blend together perfectly to bring the floral, black tea and stone fruit flavours of the washed lot to the juicy, sweet and fruit forward profile of the natural lot. 

We are loving this coffee as both an espresso and filter option.
